Is the church of God which Christ began grown too large so that it can’t be contained in one group? Has it grown to a level where it has to be divided into smaller differing groups, and this, for management reasons?Or,are the divisions, God’s way of scattering us in order to have the gospel spread faster to every corner of the globe? Much has been said in support or, against these divisions. And because God is not an author of confusion, and also does nothing without revealing it to his servants, then He is hereby placing the truth about these divisions before us, and also clarifying the true condition of his only one church. Let him who is given to hear follow on and get it please.
GOD IS ONE
God created men to be like Him, and to live His way of life-Gen.1:26.Man was deceived and learned a different life which is what the entire world is following. It was after accepting a lie that they lived and up to now live this life-Rev.12:9;Job.9:24.From that point onwards,”….they followed and up to now follow their own plans, with everyone acting according to the stubbornness of his evil heart-jerem.18:12”.(For details on this, read our message, “where to begin”).
With everyone doing according to what he/she imagines, people got divided into millions of different groups, clans,tribes,nations,races and languages, forming what we now call the spiritual Babylon(meaning confusion). This is not God’s making since it happened after He”….allowed all the nations to walk in their own ways-Acts.14:16”.As we will all agree, God cant differ with Himself. He also doesn’t have many different lifestyles. This means, He can’t teach one person this style, and then teach another person another style which opposes the other,for,”The Lord is one and His way is one”. The world has continued with these differences which have resulted to the oppositions and conflicts affecting every nation on Earth today. In an effort to solve the differences and get PEACE, the nations came up with what we call the UNITED NATIONS. But the conflicts are becoming even worse with communities trying to split from a nation to form smaller nations of their own. All this is happening outside the original God’s plan and life which He had in mind when He began to create.
THE PURPOSE OF THE CHURCH
Since what God does endures forever and nothing can be added to nor subtracted from it(see Ecl.3:14),He had fore planned that, if this mess comes about(see our article, “the spirit of god’s Sabbaths”),He will restore man to Himself. When the time had fully come,”…..,God sent forth his son……..to redeem…….gal.4:4-5”. Christ did not come with a new message. He came to reveal to mankind, what he was deceived to reject, which remained a mystery until Christ’s time, for God tells us, “and now has manifested through the appearing of our Lord Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light(to people’s understanding) through the gospel-2tim.1:10”.Now,after preaching the gospel about the coming kingdom, and the life of God which is lived in that Kingdom, those who believed and accepted the gospel turned from their traditions(see Ephes.4:22),and began to learn the original God’s life. It is these who were named the church (the called out of the world’s style to God’s one. Read our article, “WHAT IS THE Churchh”).Of them, Christ said,” I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it-Mat.16:18”.What was and up to now is the purpose of the Church? In a confused conflicting world, God decided to make His one peaceful life known to all. This is the work of the Church for He says,”…to make all men see what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things; that through the church, the manifold wisdom of God may be known—Ephes.3:9-10”.How will the Church reveal this to the world? As we saw, the world is the way it is because of everyone following whatever one deems fit.
Unlike the world, the church is a people who have decided “……not to do according to what one thinks, but in everything, they are referring to God-prov.3:5”.They are a people who have known how it is impossible to apply one’s thinking and still apply God’s thinking, and so, they have begun by denying self-mat.16:24.Once one denies him/herself, “God the father and Christ our savior comes in that person and makes their dwelling in one’s heart-john.4:23”.From this point on, “it is no longer that person living but Christ living in him-Gal.2:20”.That person also attains,”……the mind of Christ-1Cor.2:16”.What will happen after that? Unlike the world which is divided because of using different minds, as many as have become the church have also began to share the one mind of Christ, and this is after each one of them has “put off the old nature which is corrupt, with its deceitful lusts—Eph.4:22”.
Now, think about it if you can please. Suppose you are the Christ and all of us have put on your mind, can we differ in anything? It is impossible, for whatever you take, we all in agreement take; whatever you reject, we will in agreement reject. So, coming back to our question: How will the Church make all men know? Christ says, “that they may all be one; even as thou father art in me and I in thee; that they may also be in us, that the world(all men)may believe that you have sent me-john.17:21”.And again, “by this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another-John.13:35”.So,against a divided conflicting, disagreeing world, the Church of God which Christ founded and which He alone can and is building, mantains “….the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace…….one body, one spirit(life),one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God…..Ephes.4:3-6”.When one says, “all these splinter groups are God’s churches”, is he/she speaking the truth? If the work of the Church is to display the one family of mankind, united in everything as God had intended when He created human beings, how come it has just followed the example of the world, dividing itself in the same manner?
What does this imply? It’s very simple and clear. The Church has failed, and is right now not doing the work it was meant to do.(we request you to read our message, “IT IS SATAN”FOR DETAILED INFO ON THIS PLEASE).The divisions were brought about by ravenous wolves,”…….who came in among us, not sparing the flock;…..men speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them-Acts.20:29_30”.”It is these who set up divisions, worldly people devoid of the spirit-jude.1:19”.Friends,you are hearing this from God with your own ears. These divisions are not godly but satanic, through his agents as God has shown here.
He doesn’t want the Church to unite and show the world the good and joyous life which God had ordained for all mankind. As we have seen, these groups are just like the nations, started by a people who want to rule over others and like Satan, style themselves like gods.
CHRIST WARNS LEODICEANS
“Take heed that no one misleads you, for many(not few) will come in my name——-and will mislead many-Mat.24:5”.Brethren,it is not Christ who built these groups. They are man made. This is why they differ, because they are not sharing the one mind of Christ. Also, Christ is not in their hearts, for, “He stands at the doors of their hearts knocking-Rev.3:20”.But the makers of the groups want us to believe differently. Some say it is Christ who scattered us for the sake of preaching. Preaching what? Confusion in support of the world? Differing in the same way the world is doing? Are we not learning from it? “Is Christ divided-1Cor.1:13?”
I tell you, those who claim so are deceivers and are not send by Christ. The Church of God can only be divided by geographical barriers; I mean, by distance, or security reasons, but not by its members agreeing to disagree and console each other that they are all God’s Church. That is a pure devil’s alternative. Also, people can’t sit and agree to form the Church of God. It is Christ alone, who is its founder and who can build it, for He says, “for no other foundation can anyone lay apart from the one laid, which is Jesus-1Cor.3:11”. He Knows very well that His church right now is scattered in Babylon (see our message-The end time Church), and has risen the warning angel whose voice you are reading now. He wants to come back into the hearts of as many as will heed his warning and, “cleanse them by washing with water through the word,….to present them blameless—–ephes.5:27”.
How will He do it? Yes, how will He build his church back on foundation? To answer this, we need to ask, “How did He begin it?” Did men sit together and make a joint decision to come to Christ? Nothing of the sort.
Christ called each individually and told each, “Follow me”. From that point, the called one individually began to, “fellowship with the father and the son—1John.1:3b”.Once every individual begins to fellowship with the father and the son, then the next thing Christ does is to make us have, ”fellowship with one another—1John.1:7”.
Christ’s voice is now recalling his church from Babylon. But He is not calling a group. He is talking to whoever hears, has ears to hear, who knows his voice (see Rev.3:19).Those who will individually heed to this voice will be drawn back to Christ, not to the preacher. Once in Christ individually, they will meet other in Him, i.e,in his word which will unite them, because they will go back to that one mind of Christ. It is these who will ‘gather where the carcass is-mat.24:28”.By this word of the truth, Christ will regather His Church to himself through His chosen servants who will be confirmed by His word. Remember that Christ comes in the flesh through His send servants. It is not for us to decide whom Christ will chose to send. It is for us to prove whether one who claims to have been sent is truly send by Christ. Faith is about knowing and being sure one knows. So I say, if you know the voice of Christ, which is his written word of scriptures, then it will be very easy to know who His servant is in whom He has placed His name.
It will also be very easy to know where to belong for a fellowship in the spirit and truth.There is no other means of being careful not to be deceived except by following the word of the bible in its entirety, for our Lord wonders, “with what will a young man guard his ways? By doing according to thy word………I have kept thy word in my heart, that I may not sin against thee-Psa.119:9-11”.It is on this word that the Church was built and where it stands up to today.
Christ will not gather us to Himself in any man-made group. He will gather us in His word(himself) which will make those who meet in it into a group. They are a people who will never look to each other, but rather to Christ who will be at work in each of them.
There are no many different groups which stand on this word. There is only one and it is never divided. All its members are one in mind and aim and “…..all agree and there is no division among them, because they are united in one mind and one judgement-1Cor.1:10”.Friend,the challenge is for you to prove which that church is so that you may unite with your true brethren for,”…the equipment of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the building of the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be toast to and fro by every wind of doctrine-Ephes.4:12-14”.
Christ never began Churches but a Church, characterized by unity and love, oneness in all aspects. Therefore let whoever hears this voice flee from Babylon; let everyone safe his soul, for surely, Babylon is falling.
